Project Manager

Role Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a partner of Haystack for a Project Manager position focused on critical infrastructure enhancement projects within operational data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage essential infrastructure upgrade initiatives in operational data centers.
• Supervise the design, scheduling, execution, and operation of various data center components.
• Provide project oversight covering electrical, mechanical, control systems, and architectural disciplines.
• Innovate by designing, developing, and implementing solutions to operational challenges.
• Drive project progress, maintain control, and finalize projects while ensuring they align with organizational strategy.
• Track and report vital metrics to team members and management regularly.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrable experience in managing vendor relationships.
• Professional experience in data centers or other mission-critical environments.
• Background in data center engineering or operational roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
