We are convinced that the transformation towards sustainable, resilient and efficient infrastructures does not have to be complicated. We provide municipalities, utilities, grid operators and other infrastructure stakeholders with the data, analyses and decision-making tools they need for integrated infrastructure and energy system planning.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and solution-oriented Project Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on heating grids to support the implementation of transformation plans and feasibility studies and to contribute to the development of innovative tools and solutions for future-oriented energy systems.
Tasks- Executing transformation plans and feasibility studies in accordance with HOAI LP 1–4
- Managing projects independently and taking responsibility for project outcomes
- Calculating, analysing and evaluating technical and project-related results
- Developing and improving specialised tools to support project execution
- Applying your expertise in heating grids to develop practical and sustainable solutions
- Working closely with colleagues and project partners to successfully deliver projects
- Contributing your technical expertise to continuously improve our methods, processes and tools
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in heating grids, building services engineering or civil engineering
- You have practical experience in heating grid planning, particularly in HOAI LP 1–4
- You have experience working independently on engineering projects and taking responsibility for your work
- You have a good understanding of energy systems and energy-related topics
- You have experience and skills in CAD modelling
- You have very good German communication skills, both written and spoken
- You are motivated to contribute to the development and improvement of our tools and project processes
- Experience in HOAI LP 5–9 is a plus
- Experience with hydraulic simulations is a plus
- Skills in simulation and/or programming, together with a desire to develop these skills further, are a plus
