Production Supervisor

Job Overview

This position involves managing production operations during a designated shift with a focus on meeting production goals while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all production activities scheduled for the assigned shift to ensure smooth workflow.
• Strive to meet or exceed shift-specific production targets.
• Monitor and optimize manpower deployment and machinery usage.
• Maintain strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Maintenance departments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shift reports and production documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges that arise during the shift.
• Ensure production processes meet predefined quality criteria.
• Oversee safety protocols and housekeeping tasks in the production area.
• Provide guidance and support to operators and technicians to enhance performance.

Salary & Compensation
