Production Supervisor

Role overview

This position is responsible for overseeing the safe, compliant, and efficient production of the company’s products. The supervisor will keep day-to-day plant operations running smoothly, solve production-related problems, and lead the production team to maintain steady output and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Keep production equipment operating properly and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage and adjust production schedules to support output targets.
• Work closely with Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to keep operations aligned.
• Identify and fix production disruptions quickly.
• Track workflows and look for ways to improve efficiency.
• Ensure products, machinery, and production practices meet required regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems is expected.
• Prior exposure to lean manufacturing methods is needed.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality expectations, and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.
