Job Overview

• Oversee daily production activities across all manufacturing sectors.
• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to meet operational goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of production schedules while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Track productivity, labor utilization, and manufacturing KPIs to foster continuous improvements.
• Collaborate closely with teams in Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and New Product Development.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, quality management systems, health and safety legislation, and company protocols.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve manufacturing performance continuously.
• Support employee training, development initiatives, and performance management processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Background in food, beverage, nutrition, or FMCG manufacturing sectors.
• Strong leadership capabilities and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, quality assurance systems, and health and safety compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
