Production Assistant - Event Support

Overview

We are looking for dependable and energetic Production Assistants to help manage a multi-day event in West Hollywood. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working behind the scenes in a dynamic environment, ensuring the event runs smoothly.

Schedule & Availability

• Applicants should confirm their availability before applying.
• Must be available at least on Monday and Tuesday.
• EventDays: Sunday, September 13 (Load-In), Monday, September 14, and Tuesday, September 15.
• Applicants may apply for one or more days depending on their schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide guests to and from event locations.
• Rearrange chairs during panel transitions.
• Help with floral arrangements and decoration set-up.
• Assist with styling and adjustments to on-site décor.
• Support load-in and load-out activities.
• Provide general assistance to facilitate smooth event operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical capability to lift at least 30 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours).
• Comfortable performing in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-focused approach with proactive problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in event or production roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation

This is an on-site, short-term position paying $25 per hour.
