Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Product Owner based in Riyadh to define and manage the product backlog for digital platforms that support Diriyah Company's strategic goals. This individual will translate business aims into precise requirements, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and development teams, and oversee the timely delivery of solutions aligned with user needs, operational objectives, and compliance mandates. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and user research, analyzing performance data, facilitating sprint planning and review sessions, and promoting continuous enhancement and risk management across cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Product Management encompassing backlog ownership, roadmap development, and engaging with stakeholders, ideally within real estate, urban development, or digital platform contexts.
• Strong analytical and business analysis skills to evaluate requirements, define KPIs, analyze data, and inform actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication capabilities to work effectively with diverse teams, conduct workshops, and clearly present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good grasp of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and cooperation with engineering teams to ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality products.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines; advanced certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, Agile, or PMP are advantageous.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or a comparable role managing products within complex or large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with digital product lifecycle management and UX/UI principles, along with tools including Jira and Confluence or their equivalents.
• Willingness and capability to work on-site in Riyadh, with cultural sensitivity and alignment with Diriyah Company's values of heritage preservation, innovation, and sustainable development.
