Product Implementation Manager

Overview

This role is offered on behalf of a partner company managing all application steps. The Product Implementation Manager, based in the United States, is accountable for steering implementation programs from the initial phase of requirements gathering all the way through to launch and ongoing partnership support. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, the individual ensures seamless project delivery aligned with strategic business objectives within a dynamic technology environment.

Core Duties

• Coordinate and oversee implementation timelines from requirements collection through to product launch, collaborating tightly with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to meet key milestones.
• Collect, evaluate, and document partner needs, translating these business requirements into comprehensive, actionable plans for internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the main daily point of contact for partners during implementations, cultivating trust and maintaining effective communication channels.
• Track project status, identify potential risks, escalate blockers proactively, and facilitate timely resolutions to maintain alignment with project goals.
• Generate clear project documentation such as meeting plans, status reports, summaries, and business reviews for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed project records and communication logs within CRM and project management systems to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition post-launch and establish strong feedback mechanisms to support lasting client satisfaction.
• Influence and collaborate with multiple departments without formal authority to drive projects forward efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles related to implementation, project management, program delivery, or comparable areas.
• Preference for candidates with backgrounds in SaaS, fintech, insurtech, or technology-driven platform industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of handling partner discussions and delivering updates at executive levels.
• Proven ability to juggle several simultaneous projects while maintaining meticulous organization and focus on timely delivery.
• Experienced in gathering business requirements, managing technical initiatives, and supporting successful product launches.
• Demonstrated aptitude for influencing and coordinating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks, overcome challenges, and keep projects progressing.
• Familiarity with collaboration and project platforms such as Notion, Linear, or Attio is advantageous.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first work environment with high levels of ownership and responsibility.
