Job Overview

As a Process Manager focusing on real estate financing at Lloyds Bank Deutschland in Berlin, you will be responsible for the creation, optimization, and monitoring of business processes related to property finance. Your role ensures that all guidelines and procedures comply with relevant regulations and that the daily financing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, enhance, and manage business processes with a focus on real estate lending.
• Administer and verify policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Guarantee compliance with defined procedures within daily mortgage lending operations.
• Monitor overall process flow using key performance indicators.
• Maintain and expand the internal process landscape continuously.
• Develop quality control processes for ongoing improvement and monitor partner service level agreements.
• Integrate newly defined requirements into current business scope by establishing clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Underwriting on process creation and oversight.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree combined with several years of professional experience.
• Experience in operational mortgage financing, preferably within a regulated banking environment.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending aspects including loan documentation, collateralization, and subsequent service activities.
• Thorough knowledge of process development, visualization, and assessment techniques.
• Fluent German language skills and a good command of English are desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MS Visio or Jira/Confluence is required.
