Role Overview

As a Process Automation Systems Developer, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance automation systems essential for brewing operations. Collaborating closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams, you will contribute to minimizing downtime, boosting system reliability, and supporting ongoing process improvements within the brewery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support automation platforms used across brewing, packaging, and quality assurance processes
• Provide assistance in resolving issues related to automation, SCADA, and InSQL to reduce unexpected downtime
• Implement updates and enhancements to automation platforms following defined procedures
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and approved change management processes when applying system modifications
• Support launch of new products, system upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Facilitate operational smoothness by ensuring systems remain reliable and user-friendly
• Assist with production data management and reporting systems

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Qualification or professional experience in electrical engineering, automation, control systems, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with TIA Portal, Rockwell, Intrack, and Intouch PLC systems; prior manufacturing environment experience is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Comfortable engaging and collaborating with operators, technicians, and engineers
• Committed to safety standards and continuous process improvement
