What you will do

• Shape product plans for international business, with particular attention to private brand category growth and management.
• Design product strategies and category frameworks that reflect local customer preferences, market movement, and user behavior.
• Spot commercial opportunities, refine the product mix, and improve competitiveness through market research and data-driven analysis.
• Own the full new product development cycle, including selection, positioning, packaging, pricing, and coordination of marketing efforts.
• Work hand in hand with supply chain, procurement, quality control, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of product plans and delivery of business targets.
• Develop and keep improving localized product management practices so the planning framework stays strong, professional, and future-ready.
