Overview

Salt Creek Capital is looking to hire an experienced operating executive to join as an Executive Partner. This leader will collaborate closely with the firm to assess acquisition prospects and take on the role of President & CEO to lead acquired businesses following acquisition.

Role and Responsibilities

As President & CEO, the executive will have full accountability for managing profit and loss, formulating growth strategies, and overseeing day-to-day operations of the company. They will serve as the highest-ranking business executive and actively participate on the company's board of directors, reporting on performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in senior management roles, with proven success managing P&L responsibilities or experience as President or General Manager.
• Strong commitment to acting as a business partner and balancing fiduciary responsibilities across multiple diverse stakeholders.
• A track record of successfully managing businesses with an emphasis on driving free cash flow and EBITDA growth.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with readiness to assume significant responsibility aligned with expected rewards.
• Comprehensive capability in managing all business functions effectively.
• Demonstrated success in improving profitability via proactive business development initiatives.
• Possession of excellent professional references and unimpeachable integrity.
