About INFUSE and Hiring Process

INFUSE is seeking a talented Presentation Designer to join our team in Moldova. We value a human-centered recruiting process and offer a thorough assessment of each candidate without the use of automated technologies. Candidates will be invited to submit a video interview and potentially complete a test or a short project. Face-to-face or Zoom interviews with the hiring manager and team will follow before any offers are made. INFUSE complies fully with data privacy and security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic and brand-aligned presentation materials such as sales sheets, business development templates, and sales training aids.
• Provide strong conceptual and visual design expertise.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor content, and best design practices to continually enhance presentation effectiveness.
• Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines consistently.
• Bring a sense of humor and humility while delivering exceptional work.
• Remain proactive, accountable, and adaptable in dynamic situations.

Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience in presentation graphic design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Solid skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
• Competent in Figma for creating engaging visuals.
• Aptitude for transforming complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Experience in both hardware and software technology sectors.
• Background in web design.
• A degree in a design-related discipline is mandatory.
• Innovative and original thinker with a self-starting attitude and strong work ethic.
• English proficiency at B1 level or above.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience working with Claude Design or similar AI design tools.
