About the Role
ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services seeks a detail-oriented and analytical PMO Analyst to enhance our Project Management Office by overseeing project governance, portfolio reporting, and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with project leaders and diverse teams to monitor performance, enforce PMO standards, and deliver insights pivotal for successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and refining PMO policies, frameworks, and project methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to governance protocols, maintain comprehensive project records including templates, risk logs, and change management documentation.
- Organize governance meetings, project audits, and lifecycle support for Project Managers.
- Oversee project tracking related to progress, budget, timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and summaries for portfolio and executive management.
- Identify risks and suggest necessary remediation actions.
- Support portfolio planning, resource distribution, and project prioritization through data analytics.
- Contribute to business case development, project evaluations, and organizational process improvements.
- Facilitate collaboration across Project Managers and stakeholders to share updates and maintain central documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
- Open to fresh graduates; 1–3 years’ experience in PMO or project-related roles preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Smartsheet is beneficial.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies preferred.
- Certifications like CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile, Scrum, or PMP considered an advantage.
