About the Role
We are supporting a top Irish insurance broker in growing their Personal Lines department across Ireland. This role initially requires onsite presence for six months before transitioning to a hybrid work model. Openings are available in multiple locations including Cork, Galway, Dublin, Letterkenny, Donegal, Waterford, Tipperary, and others depending on candidate location.
Applicants should have Stamp 4 status or hold EU citizenship. Salary ranges from 30,000 to 34,000 depending on experience and qualifications, complemented by a 10% bonus, 24 days of annual leave, and a pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling policy renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), client inquiries, and ensuring customer retention.
- Cross-selling and up-selling personal lines insurance products to existing and prospective clients.
- Maintaining complete compliance, documentation accuracy, and up-to-date system records.
- Collaborating effectively with clients, insurance providers, and internal teams.
- Contributing positively to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Candidate Requirements
- APA qualification or successfully passed at least one APA exam from the Insurance Institute of Ireland.
- Experience in Personal Lines insurance or general Irish Insurance sector is essential.
- Legal right to work in Ireland demonstrated by Stamp 4 or EU citizenship.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.
- Adaptability to work well in a changing and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Relay insurance software is advantageous.
