They manage creative strategies and marketing campaigns for prominent brands such as Li-Ning and Hundred throughout India. Their expertise includes digital marketing initiatives, content creation, and in-store activations that enliven sports products.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance performance-driven advertising campaigns primarily on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
• Oversee budget allocations, bids, and daily expenditures to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Continuously track critical performance indicators including Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rate (CVR) and respond promptly to insights.
• Execute ongoing tests for creatives, target audiences, and sales funnels to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate effectively with creative and e-commerce teams to boost overall campaign results.
• Expand successful advertising campaigns and terminate those that underperform without delay.

Qualifications and Experience

• Applicants must have at least one year of practical experience in performance marketing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads and metrics like CTR, ROAS, CPR, CVR, and PPC is essential.
• Only candidates currently residing in Bangalore with the stated experience are eligible to apply.

• Employment Type: Full-time, onsite position based in Bangalore.
