Performance Creative Strategist

About the Role

Create Wellness is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to uniquely blend creative insight with media strategy. This role focuses on crafting engaging hooks, testing creative hypotheses, and using data insight to drive impactful creative decisions across paid social, creator-driven advertisements, and video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive creative testing plan for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, CTV, and YouTube.
• Create and evaluate hypotheses around creative hooks, formats, narrative styles, and angles to optimize performance.
• Interpret performance metrics into clear, actionable creative briefs for cross-functional teams and external creators.
• Discover winning creative patterns and design frameworks to expand successful concepts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform trends, advertising formats, and creative industry standards.
• Direct and manage creator collaborations by briefing on performance-driven content, including elements like hooks, pacing, calls to action, and messaging.
• Vet creator deliverables through a performance-oriented lens before publication.
• Develop an organized library of high-performing creative frameworks categorized by creator, platform, and audience type.
• Collaborate with Growth Management to assess creator performance and identify scalable strategies.
• Facilitate synergy between growth marketing and brand teams ensuring the creative output is both aligned with brand identity and optimized for performance.
• Coordinate with the creative studio to oversee production schedules and ensure asset readiness for testing.
• Partner with video editors and designers to rapidly iterate on top-performing creatives.
• Maintain and update a dynamic document capturing creative insights to guide future strategies.
• Analyze performance data on a granular level including hook efficacy, format effectiveness, and narrative impact.
• Extract and synthesize analytics from Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms to identify impactful creatives.
• Create and maintain a scoring system to monitor ongoing test performances.
• Present data-driven recommendations and insights clearly and actionably to teams.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 2 to 4 years’ experience in performance creative strategy, paid social media, or related roles preferably within DTC brands or agencies.
• Proven skill at crafting and briefing compelling, high-conversion advertising creative.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret creative reports and translate insights into actionable steps.
• Experience collaborating with UGC creators and influencer-related content production.
• In-depth understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising formats and platform-specific creative practices.
• Excellent written communication skills suitable for crafting briefs, ad copy, and internal presentation materials.
