Role Overview
Advanced SENTRY, LLC is looking for a People Operations Coordinator on a 12-month contract basis to support daily HR operations with an emphasis on process automation, AI-enhanced workflows, and scalable service delivery. You'll work closely with the People Operations Manager and HR Specialists to perform essential administrative duties while striving to identify and implement improvements to reduce manual tasks and enhance data quality within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, internal transfers, organizational changes, and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience across the APJC region.
- Ensure high accuracy and precision in HR system data management, completing actions with careful attention and escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders regionally to guarantee timely and consistent execution of HR procedures.
- Identify repetitive tasks in People Operations workflows and apply AI tools, automation, and templates to enhance process speed and efficiency.
- Help test, validate, and optimize new automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Track and analyze operational data to pinpoint bottlenecks and propose continuous process improvements.
- Standardize and maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, templates, and onboarding checklists to promote best practices.
- Create self-service resources and clear communications that improve overall employee engagement and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in HR operations, shared services, or comparable administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and effective time management.
- Proficiency working with data, including expertise in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
- A customer-centric attitude with a strong commitment to supporting colleagues and delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees across the APJC region.
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while managing evolving priorities efficiently.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or Zendesk is a plus.
