Role Overview
The position entails designing, developing, testing, and implementing applications on the Pega platform specifically utilizing the Customer Service Assistant (CSA) framework. The role requires migrating existing legacy systems onto the Pega Platform by evaluating business needs and crafting appropriate solutions. Collaboration with various cross-functional teams is essential to identify and execute improvements within the Pega Process Commander (PRPC) workflows. Additionally, responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues affecting application performance, data migration processes, and system configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deploy Pega applications employing the CSA framework.
- Analyze and transition legacy systems to the Pega ecosystem.
- Work closely with other departments to enhance Pega PRPC processes.
- Identify and fix performance, migration, and configuration problems in Pega applications.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience developing applications with the Customer Service Assistant framework on Pega.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Pega Process Commander structure and its integral parts.
- Proven capability in migrating intricate legacy systems onto the Pega platform.
