Key Responsibilities

• Serve retail customers, workshop technicians, panel beaters, and suppliers promptly and professionally.
• Balance workshop counter tasks with retail parts assistance efficiently.
• Deliver precise parts identification and maintain expert technical knowledge of products.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries concerning parts solutions.
• Handle parts orders, quotations, and inventory questions with accuracy.
• Supply parts to the workshop promptly to ensure smooth operations and optimal productivity.
• Maintain correct invoicing and thorough documentation records.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years' experience as a Dealership Parts Advisor or similar trade parts role.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with high standards and demanding customer expectations.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent organisational abilities coupled with acute attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills and confident in digital communications.
• Possession of a valid New Zealand Full driver’s licence is mandatory.
• A cooperative team member who thrives in a laid-back but professional setting.
