Role Overview

This 12-month contract position seeks a Strategic Program Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead innovative partnership efforts at the nexus of agentic artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and advanced interactive formats.

The successful candidate will architect and expand programs that empower indie, mobile, and PC game developers to integrate and thrive within the platform ecosystem. They will explore the transformative potential of autonomous AI in content creation, developer workflows, and player engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic partnership frameworks to onboard independent, mobile, and PC developers into the platform ecosystem.
• Drive initiatives that harness agentic AI and emerging technologies to redefine content generation and interactive user experiences.
• Identify, nurture, and mentor promising developers and studios across global markets.
• Collaborate extensively with departments including Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Design to ensure alignment of program objectives with product roadmaps.
• Represent the programs in developer communities, industry events, and executive presentations.

Qualification and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Have at least 8 years of professional experience in program management, business development, or developer partnerships within the technology or gaming sectors.
• Demonstrate deep familiarity with the indie, mobile, or PC developer ecosystems.
• Exhibit a strong grasp or practical involvement with AI/ML, agentic tools, or AI-enhanced software development workflows.
• Show proven success in launching and growing complex, multi-party programs in dynamic and uncertain environments.
• Possess excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration, communication, and delivering presentations to executive-level stakeholders.
• Be fluent in Korean to effectively engage and communicate with partners from the Korean market.
