Join Jovie as a versatile nanny working with multiple families on an on-call basis. This role offers flexible scheduling ideal for individuals balancing school, family, or another part-time job. The position emphasizes engaging, creative, and fun childcare without transportation duties or major household chores.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care for children without the need to transport them.
- Perform minimal housekeeping limited to tidying up activities or meals related to childcare.
- Support families by caring for infants through toddlers, with the greatest need for children under age two.
- Create a safe environment and facilitate hands-on, age-appropriate activities based on your observation of each child's development.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $22.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Experience in childcare, paid or voluntary, with mandatory infant care experience.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different family homes within the area.
- Availability for at least three weekdays per week, covering 6 to 8 hour shifts between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Strong communication skills, responsiveness to the staffing supervisor, and a positive attitude for greeting families.
