Job Overview

We are seeking committed and meticulous team members to support our food packing operations. This position focuses on packaging food items while adhering to established standards for quality and hygiene, maintaining cleanliness, and achieving daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Package food products precisely following company guidelines and production needs.
• Inspect items for quality assurance prior to packaging.
• Label, seal, and arrange packaged goods for storage or shipment.
• Keep the packing area clean and hygienic at all times.
• Comply with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
• Operate basic packaging machinery safely and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
• Achieve daily goals for production and packaging volumes.
• Support activities such as loading, unloading, and organizing packing supplies when needed.
• Properly use and maintain personal protective equipment according to company policies.
• Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade or equivalent.
• Experience in food packing, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is preferable but not required.
• Open to applicants without prior work experience.
• Focused attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a high-paced setting.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Physically fit, capable of standing for long durations.
• Willingness to work shifts, including on weekends and holidays if necessary.

Working Environment

• Employment occurs in a factory or food manufacturing setting.
• Work requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Shift work is standard with potential for overtime.

Employment Details

• Full-time employment status.
• Reports to Production or Packing Supervisor.
• Monthly salary range: 13000 to 19000 INR.
