Role Overview

Core Duties
- Oversee stitching and alteration work to ensure smooth daily output.

- Check the quality of finished products and ensure standards are consistently met.
- Welcome customers, take measurements, record orders, and handle service-related queries.
- Address customer concerns and help maintain a dependable service experience.
- Guide and support team members so work is completed consistently and on time.
- Manage basic financial activities, monitor sales, and keep an eye on business performance.
- Plan local promotions and look for practical ways to expand the business.

Required Background
