Outbound Operations Administrator

Position Overview

Kingston Stanley is seeking a seasoned Outbound Operations Administrator to join their international team based in Dubai. This role involves comprehensive management of outbound orders, ensuring seamless coordination across various departments to meet customer requirements.

Key Duties

• Oversee the entire outbound order process for Wholesale and Franchise clients within the MENA region.
• Liaise effectively with Warehouse, Sales, Marketing, Finance teams, and customers to guarantee punctual and accurate order deliveries.
• Monitor inventory status, seasonal autobook stipulations, and order obligations diligently.
• Keep track of billing amounts and contribute to precise order handling.
• Develop and update Excel trackers, generate relevant reports, and provide operational status updates.
• Examine order data to detect issues and recommend process enhancements.
• Utilize ERP platforms to administer customer orders and manage inventory details.
• Address discrepancies related to orders and challenges with deliveries proactively to maintain smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• At least five years of experience in outbound operations, order management, customer fulfilment, supply chain activities, or logistics coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the capability to manage trackers, reporting tasks, and analyse extensive datasets.
• Background in retail, fashion, sportswear, FMCG, or consumer products is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems and order processing protocols.
• Strong communicator with a professional demeanor and approachable style.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adept at juggling multiple priorities in dynamic settings.
• A proactive, inquisitive, and solution-driven attitude, with eagerness to evolve professionally within the organization.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is AED 10,000 to 12,000 monthly, complemented by standard employee benefits.
