Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Compensation Manager / Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Compensation Manager with over 10 years of expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR modules. The role demands proficiency in Fast Formula, HDL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, BI Publisher, and hands-on experience in production support, managing releases, integrations, and leading teams. This is an onsite position at Gurugram, India.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR module implementations and support activities.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formula and HDL scripts for compensation processes.
• Handle Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and ensure seamless integration with third-party applications.
• Prepare reports and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Provide production support, manage release cycles, and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead a team of technical and functional professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically in Compensation and Core HR modules.
• Strong technical skills including Fast Formula, HDL, OIC, OTBI, BI Publisher.
• Proven track record in production support, release management, and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Any graduate degree is required.
