Role Overview

The Operations Administrator is essential to the smooth daily functioning of the restaurant group. This role involves coordinating maintenance tasks, managing government paperwork, supervising vendor relations, and acting as a communication hub between different teams. The goal is to maintain operational efficiency and regulatory compliance throughout all Vietnamese Foodies locations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the key communication link between restaurant management, operations teams, and branch leaders.
• Disseminate updates on operations, policy alterations, and best practices to maintain consistent high standards across all branches.
• Log, monitor, and coordinate maintenance activities ensuring timely repair of equipment and facilities by liaising with contractors and maintenance staff.
• Handle and keep up-to-date all government documentation and licenses for each restaurant, ensuring adherence to local health, safety, and food-quality regulations.
• Stay informed of changes in regulations and support branches in meeting new compliance standards.
• Maintain clear communication with managers and operations personnel, preparing reports on maintenance, compliance, and POS system updates.
• Assist in gathering monthly sales data, wastage reports, and inter-branch transfer documentation for finance.
• Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers to guarantee quality, timely service, and cost effectiveness, including coordinating necessary permits with mall management and authorities.
• Supervise logistics regarding the distribution and relocation of assets between suppliers, warehouses, and restaurant outlets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in operations support, administration, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Knowledge of UAE government processes and compliance is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural work environment.
