Mobilization Executive

About the Role

Speakwell Enterprises is seeking a dynamic Mobilization Executive to actively promote its education and skill development courses focusing on Banking, Finance, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors. The successful candidate will generate prospective student leads via interactions with college authorities, conducting seminars, and organizing workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit colleges, coaching centers, and local communities to create awareness.
• Arrange and execute seminars, workshops, and various promotional events.
• Generate and maintain a comprehensive database of student leads.
• Advise prospective students regarding courses and career prospects.
• Collaborate with counseling and admissions teams for timely follow-ups.
• Develop and sustain partnerships with educational institutions and local organizations.
• Meet or exceed monthly objectives for lead generation and admissions.
• Compile and submit daily reports detailing field activities and lead progress.

Candidate Requirements

• Any graduate or undergraduate from any discipline.
• Freshers and those with experience are welcome to apply.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability and willingness to travel locally within Mumbai.
• Familiarity with MS Office and smartphone apps is required.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Monthly salary starting around INR 30,000 plus incentives based on experience.
• Workweek spans Monday through Saturday.
• Work hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Location and Travel

Role requires travel across various locations within Mumbai as needed by the company.
