Role Overview
MEET Foundation, a branch of Kausar-o-Tasnim Society, is seeking a dedicated Medical Coordinator for its Medical Aid Initiative based in Garden Reach / Metiabruz, Kolkata. The role involves collaborating with local hospitals and doctors to build and sustain referral partnerships aimed at serving underprivileged and needy communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing and managing referral relationships with hospitals and doctors.
- Facilitating referrals and timely follow-up for patients in need.
- Organizing and coordinating medical camps.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to medical activities.
Qualification and Skills Needed
- Preferably have a background in healthcare or hospital administration.
- Possess a network of contacts with local doctors and hospitals.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Compensation Details
A fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹8,000 along with a 15–20% incentive on successful patient referrals.
