Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, highly organized Marketing Manager to join our Singapore team. The role involves supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies for a range of international B2B exhibitions and conferences. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong project management capabilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, international setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging marketing content for brochures, websites, email newsletters, advertisements, social media, and other promotional materials.
- Design, implement, and refine targeted email marketing campaigns tailored to diverse audience segments.
- Work closely with Sales, Conference, Partnerships, and Project teams to ensure clear, consistent, and impactful marketing messaging.
- Manage creative direction and content to maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to generate insights and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate marketing activities to meet project deadlines and campaign goals.
- Maintain and update event websites to keep content accurate, engaging, and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies including PR firms, designers, photographers, videographers, and digital partners to secure quality deliverables on time.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, event marketing, exhibitions, or related sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, content marketing, and social media management.
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and digital marketing tools.
- Competency with Google Analytics and reporting on campaign results.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively.
- A creative approach to developing compelling marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.
