Role Overview

First Quality Home Care Products is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work remotely. This position is focused on improving marketing operations, keeping day-to-day processes running smoothly, getting the most value from vendor tools, maintaining accurate budget records, and working closely with other teams so the Marketing Department can deliver programs efficiently and effectively.

Vendor and Tool Management

  • Act as the main contact for marketing platforms such as Syndigo, Yogi, and Bazaarvoice, and ensure these systems are used to their full potential.
  • Handle vendor onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Review vendor performance against service commitments and suggest improvements or changes when needed.
  • Find ways to improve tool adoption through training, process integration, and use of available features.
  • Keep clear documentation of workflows, user instructions, and best practices.

Process Improvement and Operational Support

  • Lead efforts to simplify marketing workflows, remove delays, and improve turnaround time for deliverables.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures for repeat marketing tasks.

  • Follow financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Performance Tracking and Insights

  • Monitor operational KPIs tied to vendor usage, process efficiency, and budget performance.
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve marketing operations and resource allocation.
  • Support Marketing leadership in evaluating the return on investment of tools, campaigns, and operational initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Category Management, Product Development, Finance, and IT to keep communication and execution aligned.
  • Serve as the connection point between marketing and external vendors to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Assist with cross-functional projects that require marketing operations expertise.
