Role Overview

We are seeking a Marine Coordinator based in Dubai, working full-time in a hybrid setting. The role involves supervising daily vessel activities to ensure smooth marine operations. Key responsibilities include enforcing safety and environmental compliance, offering operational support, and liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate efficient and cost-effective marine operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day vessel operations
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations
• Provide operational assistance for maritime activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for efficient operations
• Address operational challenges proactively

Requirements

• Experience in Marine Operations and Vessel management to support daily shipping activities
• Good knowledge of marine industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving aptitudes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and partners
• Previous ship management or related experience is preferred
• Proficiency in marine operation-related software and tools
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment in Dubai and willingness to travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Maritime Studies or a related discipline
