Role Responsibilities
We are actively seeking candidates for immediate placement in our Management Training program. Starting at one of our neighborhood branches, you will immerse yourself in hands-on learning to comprehend various aspects of our business. Your role entails representing Enterprise's brand positively in customer and partner interactions, as well as managing operational activities behind the scenes. The structured program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and expertise necessary to eventually manage your own branch, develop new business, and lead a team.
You'll receive consistent guidance, mentorship, and support in our dynamic learning environment. Engagement with the community to build essential relationships for business growth will also be an integral part of your role. Our comprehensive curriculum covers excelling at customer service, sales and marketing, financial management, and operational excellence — all underscored by a customer-first approach. Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Possession of a four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian university or an international equivalent recognized by World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); degrees in BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related disciplines are preferred.
- A minimum of six months cumulative experience or involvement in at least one of the following areas:
- Sales & Customer Service: experience in commission-based sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors.
- Leadership roles in military, athletics or team sports, or university clubs and organizations.
- A valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years is mandatory.
- No convictions related to drug or alcohol offenses (DWI/DUI) within the previous five years.
- Authorization to work in Canada without requiring current or future sponsorship by the employer. Note that this Management Trainee position typically does not qualify for pathways to Permanent Residency under the National Occupational Classification (NOC).
