Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer who will play a pivotal role in evolving our mission to secure and enhance global brands. You will be instrumental in creating and refining AI models powering our cutting-edge image search technologies and other advanced applications.

Working alongside a diverse group of data scientists, engineers, and brand protection specialists, you will contribute to innovation in brand protection and online content monitoring to keep our clients ahead in a dynamic digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and fine-tune machine learning models focusing on computer vision techniques such as image recognition and object detection, and NLP tasks including text classification, sentiment detection, and entity recognition.
• Develop and train deep learning architectures including CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers to support reverse image search, image-to-text matching, and content analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the functionality and efficiency of products and systems.
• Conduct research and apply advanced algorithms to elevate the precision and efficacy of AI solutions.
• Design scalable data pipelines to handle image and textual data ingestion and model evaluation.
• Monitor deployed model performance continuously, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement improvements.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• Expertise in ML frameworks including CatBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proficiency in image processing, feature extraction, and text data preprocessing methods.
• Deep understanding of algorithms for object detection, image classification, text extraction, and sentiment analysis.
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale datasets and building data pipelines for model training and deployment.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to transform business challenges into technical ML solutions.
• Fluent professional-level English communication skills.
