About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist for a contract position offering remote work flexibility. The role requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week with compensation ranging from $40 to $50 per hour. The position involves ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of logistics documentation and optimizing supply chain processes based on hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine logistics paperwork to verify authenticity, correctness, and compliance with industry standards.
• Create and annotate example documents showcasing exemplary practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Assess current supply chain workflows and recommend enhancements drawn from practical knowledge.
• Provide in-depth feedback on various logistics scenarios, emphasizing document formatting and process efficiency.
• Work closely with project teams to clarify requirements and simplify complex logistics concepts.
• Engage in quality assurance activities by verifying the accuracy and relevance of supply chain data sets.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in logistics and supply chain management, particularly familiar with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory records.
• Well-rounded understanding of global supply chain operations, documentation, and logistics workflows.
• Strong ability to communicate technical details clearly and effectively in English.
• High attention to detail when inspecting and preparing supply chain documents.
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements in logistics.
• A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is an advantage.
