Your main responsibility is to drive the annual Category Management Excellence (CMX) cycle across Fresh, Food, and Non-Food segments. This pivotal role connects business strategy with technology and advanced analytics, integrating the product technology pipeline with the CMX framework. You will work alongside Centers of Excellence to embed data-driven decision-making, ensuring effective change management and impactful business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the PMO for strategic initiatives, tracking progress, handling risks, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate diverse business stakeholders to secure cross-functional alignment and ownership of results.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of the annual CMX cycle, continuously enhancing its blueprint to foster commercial growth and operational efficiency.
  • Incorporate ongoing technology and transformation projects directly into the CMX process to elevate business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Excellence, Data Science, and Customer Loyalty teams to embed analytics, insights, and data models into CMX.
  • Act as a dynamic change leader, effectively managing evolving systems, business pivots, and transformation needs.
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation to support sustainability and knowledge preservation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Solid project management expertise, with certifications like PMP, Agile, or Scrum preferred.

Essential Skills

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills to align senior and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical capability to translate data insights from analytics and loyalty teams into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and adeptness at pivoting with new business or system demands.
  • Proficiency in designing, optimizing, and documenting complex processes.
