Lead I - Workforce Management - UKG

Role overview

UST is looking for a seasoned UKG Workforce Management consultant with deep hands-on experience in tailoring and setting up WFM Pro solutions for retail businesses. The position focuses on implementing, enhancing, and supporting UKG Pro WFM solutions in complex client environments.

Core responsibilities

• Work on implementations and improvement initiatives for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and related Workforce Central platforms.
• Configure and maintain workforce management solutions for retail operations.
• Handle key system areas such as Timekeeper, Accruals, Advanced Scheduler, and Forecaster.
• Collect detailed business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Build and deliver the configured solution, then provide post-delivery support.
• Support integrations across multiple products and legacy systems in complex technical setups.
• Interact with business stakeholders and client leadership using strong consulting and communication skills.

Experience and capability expectations

• Bring 10+ years of experience in implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and UKG Workforce Central.
• Demonstrate complete domain knowledge of the UKG Pro WFM suite.
• Show the ability to work through the full project lifecycle, from requirement discovery to design, build, delivery, and support.
• Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills.
