Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Lawyer to engage in a contract role, offering remote working opportunities with a commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $140 to $245 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal analysis covering various aspects of United States law, delivering detailed insights and expert guidance.
• Undertake extensive legal research to support project goals, ensuring all information is current and precise.
• Create, edit, and review a range of legal documents such as memoranda, opinions, and contracts.
• Evaluate legal documents critically, providing constructive feedback focused on clarity, correctness, and adherence to best practices.
• Engage in remote teamwork across disciplines to enhance project outputs and handle complex legal issues.
• Assist in maintaining high-quality legal materials by identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, or unclear content.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must possess an active legal practice license in the United States and have a strong academic background.
• Demonstrated expertise in legal analysis, researching, and drafting across diverse legal topics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in reviewing legal content.
• Proven success working remotely with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in quality control and rubric-based assessment of legal documents is advantageous.
