Role Overview
This position requires a strong grasp of Mechanical and Embedded Engineering Services, with the primary responsibility of managing and expanding strategic Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accounts. The role involves driving new business development, account mining, and generating revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain relationships with strategic OEM clients to foster account growth.
- Analyze and identify customer needs to effectively position engineering service offerings.
- Lead commercial negotiations, manage proposals, and oversee contract processes.
- Collaborate with technical, procurement, and business stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships.
- Navigate OEM procurement procedures, vendor onboarding, and understand the engineering project lifecycle.
- Work alongside delivery teams ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize excellent communication and presentation skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and have an understanding of engineering service sales, particularly within Mechanical and Embedded domains.
