Junior/Associate Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior or Associate-level Project Manager to remotely support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects from Germany. This full-time position involves coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing priorities, and ensuring projects meet their objectives in a virtual work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and driving projects from start to finish
• Establish timelines, milestones, deliverables, and set project priorities
• Facilitate task coordination among cross-functional teams and relevant stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, budgets, and key metrics
• Recognize risks, issues, and dependencies while helping implement mitigation strategies
• Organize and lead project meetings, preparing agendas and documenting outcomes
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and plans
• Provide regular updates to project managers, team members, and stakeholders
• Work collaboratively internally to ensure timely and scoped project delivery
• Contribute to improving project management processes and workflows continuously

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants at Junior or Associate experience level are encouraged to apply
• Between 0 to 3 years of experience in project management, coordination, operations, business analysis, including internships
• Familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is desirable
• Strong organizational abilities, effective time management, and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of handling multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to fulfilling deliverables
• Comfort with collaborating across distributed and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools is advantageous
• Fluency in English is required
• Must reside in Germany and have legal authorization to work full-time
• Ability to perform effectively in a fully remote working setup
