Job Overview

Join Springtide, a division of IPS and part of Berkshire Hathaway, as a Junior Recruiter at our Dublin office. We pride ourselves on creativity, agility, and delivering timely, enduring value in partnership with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to grasp recruitment needs and define candidate requirements.
• Identify and engage suitable candidates using various recruiting channels such as job boards, networking events, referrals, and professional platforms.
• Develop and sustain talent pools supporting current and prospective hiring needs in disciplines including engineering, construction, project controls, and commissioning.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications versus position demands.
• Arrange and coordinate interview schedules ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Keep meticulous records of candidates and recruitment progress within the applicant tracking system.
• Create job postings and support the drafting of job descriptions along with recruitment marketing content.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates concerning application status, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Assist in the offer process including approvals, reference verifications, background check coordination, and preparation for new hires.

Qualifications

• Up to three years of experience in recruitment, preferably with agency background.
• Local presence in Dublin to support a hybrid work schedule.
