About the Role

The Junior Project Manager, focused on Change Management, will assist the Senior Auditor in developing recommendations for project management staffing needs projected for 2027 to ensure business continuity during a vendor transition. This hands-on position involves gathering data, coordinating activities, tracking progress, and documenting outcomes across multiple audit workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in establishing a baseline of current resources, including tracking headcount, functions, and locations.
  • Support identification of specialized roles and institutional knowledge by conducting stakeholder interviews and process reviews.
  • Help validate systems and tools connections across vendors and platforms, monitor findings, and follow up on unresolved items.
  • Participate in SOP audits at the task level, document existence, and organize audit findings for evaluation.
  • Support physical asset audits by pulling baseline data using Corrigo and organizing confidence-level data by area and region employing global MEP datasets.
  • Contribute to risk assessment by compiling inputs, tracking key decisions and owners, and maintaining mitigation strategy documentation.
  • Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and action item tracking for a two-person team and maintain thorough documentation and audit trails to assist senior leadership recommendations.
  • Assist in preparing summary reports, trackers, and presentation drafts for leadership review.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience with 1–2 years in project coordination.
  • Demonstrated organizational capabilities managing multiple simultaneous workstreams.
  • Experience or familiarity with facilities management systems like Corrigo or data analysis tools is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, written communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in data management and building trackers using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Enthusiastic to learn audit and risk assessment methods under senior guidance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a small, fast-paced team supporting a major change management initiative.
