Role Overview

This is an excellent position for an inquisitive and proactive Junior Product Designer who enjoys utilizing AI-driven workflows and thrives on collaborating within diverse teams. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and experienced designers, you’ll tackle real-world design challenges and deliver customer-centric digital experiences in a fast-moving, highly regulated financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, intuitive interfaces across web and mobile platforms by working alongside cross-functional teams.
• Develop rapid prototypes using state-of-the-art AI design tools (e.g., Claude) to iterate on ideas and test user flows.
• Engage in all design phases, from discovery and ideation to high-fidelity mockups, testing, and deployment.
• Design end-to-end journeys supporting trading and payment activities such as onboarding, transactions, and account services.
• Maintain and enhance the company's Design System, leveraging reusable components and standardized interaction patterns.
• Liaise with engineering to ensure designs are both visionary and realistically implementable.
• Address edge cases, accessibility, usability, and error states to establish trustworthy user experiences.
• Participate in feedback sessions, workshops, and peer critiques to optimize design quality.
• Stay updated with emerging design methodologies, AI advancements, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design, preferably within digital product environments.
• Proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools.
• Understanding of information architecture, wireframing, user flows, and prototyping practices.
• Know-how in using design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns.
• Comfortable with AI-powered tools for research, ideation, and design generation.
• Familiar with principles of responsive design for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Awareness of front-end development concepts and enthusiasm for collaborating closely with engineering.
• Excellent visual design skills including mastery of typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Effective communicator with the ability to share design choices and integrate feedback.
• Interest in financial technology, payments, or trading domains is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and drive for continuous professional growth.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore is essential. Candidates must possess proper work rights and documentation.
