Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with at least one year of professional experience. This full-time role demands a passionate individual skilled in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, VFX, and AI-enhanced design tools to create high-quality visual assets for digital marketing, branding, and multimedia campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Craft visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Design branding collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Edit and produce polished videos suited for marketing and social media.
• Create motion graphics and visual effects to enrich digital content.
• Leverage AI-powered design platforms to boost creativity and efficiency in content production.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to deliver effective visual campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital and print outputs.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in design, AI technologies, and creative tools.
• Handle multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalents).
• Experience with visual effects (VFX).
• Familiarity with AI design technologies like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Highly creative with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva Pro.
• Skills in motion graphics, animation, and basic UI/UX design.

Educational Requirements

A bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia, fine arts, animation, or related disciplines is required.

This position is based onsite in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
