Role Overview

As a Junior Frontend Developer at Hiredbuddy, you will engage in evaluating AI-generated code, creating annotated training data, developing prompts, and providing critical feedback to advance AI model performance. This role uniquely blends development skills with the forefront of AI innovation focusing on frontend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Critically assess AI-produced frontend code regarding syntax correctness, logic, and efficiency.
• Label code snippets identifying error categories, quality levels, and adherence to coding standards.
• Compose precise and informative reference responses related to frontend coding challenges.
• Design and enhance prompts to assess AI comprehension of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.
• Detect edge cases and ambiguous programming scenarios and document these for AI model training.
• Deliver constructive feedback on AI output to boost model accuracy and dependability.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure consistent quality and annotation standards.

Qualifications

• Up to two years experience in frontend development.
• Solid skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Excellent attention to detail with capability to identify subtle code errors.
• Strong written communication abilities in English.
