Junior Digital Solutions Engineer

Role Overview

Join a dynamic team as a Junior Digital Solutions Engineer, focusing on designing, developing, and deploying web applications that enhance business operations and support the company's digital transformation objectives. This role involves full-stack development, system implementations including ERP and SaaS tools, and continuous process improvement aimed at automating tasks and improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, test, and maintain web applications, micro-services, and internal portals with user-friendly, responsive interfaces aligned with UI/UX best practices.
• Assist with the deployment and integration of enterprise business systems and SaaS solutions, ensuring seamless communication via REST/GraphQL APIs and middleware.
• Develop automation scripts and lightweight apps based on process analysis to reduce manual workloads through bots, scheduled jobs, or serverless functions.
• Build Google Apps Script solutions to integrate Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and external APIs for workflow automation.
• Write efficient, secure, and maintainable code, optimizing performance and adhering to security protocols.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and provide second-level support by troubleshooting and resolving application issues.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum two years experience in full-stack development including personal projects or internships.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experienced with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledgeable in Google Apps Script for Google Workspace automation and Google Cloud Platform basics.
• Understands relational databases, data modeling, and SQL.
• Familiar with Git version control and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving capabilities with clear communication skills.
• Bonus: experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), CI/CD processes, or low-code/RPA tools.
