About the Role
Ignite is partnering with one of the fastest expanding direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands in the UK, which has impressively grown from zero to £12 million in revenue over a single year. They are seeking a Junior Creative Strategist to join their team in South West London, reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing. This position centers on crafting impactful paid social media advertisements, particularly across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Develop high-quality, effective paid social ads that resonate with the target audience.
- Contribute original and innovative ideas aimed at driving direct response and boosting performance marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to align creative strategies with business goals.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of one year experience in performance-driven creative roles, preferably with a focus on paid social ads.
- Previous engagement with D2C e-commerce businesses, either from an in-house position or agency setting.
- A proven ability to generate creative, out-of-the-box concepts tailored to direct response and performance marketing.
- A highly motivated, enthusiastic, sociable, and ambitious personality to thrive within a dynamic team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary between £35,000 and £43,000 annually, dependent on experience.
