Job Summary

This full-time role based in Bengaluru, India, offers a remote working setup with night shift hours from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and amend various agreements such as nondisclosure, teaming, subcontract, master service agreements, and statements of work.
• Evaluate RFx bids and documents including Request for Information, Proposal, and Quotation, collaborating with sales and proposal managers on contractual terms and ensuing contract awards.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of contracts throughout their lifecycle and maintain relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, and resellers.
• Engage directly with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to resolve contractual matters.
• Foster productive partnerships with sales teams, project managers, finance, and other internal departments.
• Handle a dynamic workload efficiently within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Collaborate with Contract Director and Senior VP of Operations to refine standardized contract forms and processes.
• Undertake additional tasks and projects as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years’ experience in contract roles within professional services or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a rapid environment.
• Experience in negotiating with commercial, corporate, and government clients.
• Comprehensive knowledge of full contract lifecycle management and various contract types including Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Firm Fixed Price, and Time and Materials.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and handling responsibilities beyond immediate expertise.
• Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
