Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain appropriate inventory quantities consistently.
• Monitor stock activities including receipt, storage, and dispatch of items.
• Perform periodic inventory audits and cycle counting to ensure accuracy.
• Keep inventory records precise and current.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for seamless operations.
• Analyze inventory data to minimize risks of shortages or excess stock.
• Manage and utilize inventory management software and ERP solutions effectively.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
• Generate detailed inventory reports for the management team.
• Ensure all inventory handling complies with company policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• In-depth understanding of inventory control and warehouse management principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Zoho Inventory.
