Internal Recruiter

Position Summary

Join our expanding team as an Internal Recruiter supporting the AMER region. This fast-paced, high-volume, and process-oriented role requires close collaboration with senior hiring managers and cross-functional partners to enhance internal talent mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor and advocate for internal employees.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from candidate screening to offer acceptance.
• Educate candidates and hiring managers on internal recruitment policies and processes.
• Contribute to the deployment and promotion of global hiring initiatives.
• Maintain a well-balanced pipeline of qualified internal candidates.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of talent profiles within assigned communities to align candidates to roles effectively.
• Collaborate with departments such as Headcount Management, Compensation, and Employee Success to facilitate recruitment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years' experience in recruitment, with preference for internal recruiting backgrounds.
• Demonstrated success in managing client engagement effectively.
• Skilled in building relationships within complex matrix organizations.
• Experienced in consulting and influencing senior hiring managers and executives.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday experience is advantageous.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and thriving in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Relevant extracurricular leadership, military, or volunteer experience is valued.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $40 to $45. Overtime eligibility applies at 1.5 times the base rate for hours worked beyond 40 per week or as required by law. Benefits for full-time staff include medical, dental, vision plans, health savings accounts, paid leave, 401(k) with employer match, various insurance options, commute and dependent care spending accounts, and possible performance bonuses.
